H1 Banquet Set

The schedule for the evening includes a cocktail hour from 6:00-7:00 PM, dinner at 7:00 PM and awards following dinner.

The annual awards banquet is where the sport recognizes not only the achievements of the drivers that fly these magnificent boats at over 200 mph, but also the outstanding sponsors, race sites, media outlets, crew members and volunteers that make this sport the fastest on the water. All H1 Unlimited and GP West owners, drivers and crew are invited to attend.

Meal choices include:

New York Roast Strip Loin (finished with Classic’s mushroom demi glace)
NW Salmon (with festive Champagne tarragon sauce)
Layered Stuffed Eggplant & Portobello Mushroom (with roasted red pepper purée, tomatoes, garlic, & onions)
